Ordering and Payment Instructions

We accept Worldwide orders.

Shipping charge per item by airmail to US, for example, is S$2.50 for non-registered mail and S$5.00 for registered mail. Shipping charge to other countries will be the same or lower then this rate.

To place an order, please email your inquiry to handmadeone@hotmail.com with the product model/name, color, options (if any), and quantity, plus the address/country for items to be shipped. We will inform you the actual shipping charge and arrange payment by PayPal.

We accept orders within Singapore with FREE delivery.

To place an order within Singapore, please email your order to handmadeone@hotmail.com and specify the product model/name, colour, options (if any), and quantity.

We will reply you with our bank account number for you to make payment.

Once payment is made, please email to us your address for delivery.

We will mail the items to you using SingPost non-registered mail, and will notify you once the item is sent.
